What about Booking.com — do I have to leave it?

What about my existing website? Will you replace it?

We rebuild your website as part of setup. You keep your domain name, your photos and your existing content unless you want to update it. The new site is mobile-friendly, faster, and built around how Google ranks UK accommodation.

Question 3

What happens to my current bookings during the move?

Accepted Answer

Your existing bookings stay where they are. We handle the migration so guests don't notice a change. We don't go live with anything new until we've checked you can keep taking bookings without interruption.

Question 4

Is this just Beds24 with a markup? Why not do it myself?

Accepted Answer

Beds24 is a powerful tool, but configuring it properly takes real time and accommodation know-how. We do that work for you, plus the website, channel sync, Google Business Profile, and ongoing support. You can absolutely do it yourself — most of our customers tried, then asked us to take it over.

Question 5

I'm not technical. Who actually does the work?

We do. You give us your photos, your descriptions, your room rates and your existing channel logins. We do the rest — Beds24 setup, channel connections, website build, booking engine, Google Business Profile. You keep running the property.

Question 6

How is this different from Eviivo, Little Hotelier or SiteMinder?

Accepted Answer

Those are software platforms that you configure and run yourself. We're more of a service — we do the technical work, and we charge a flat monthly fee instead of asking you to learn a dashboard. There's a side-by-side comparison further up this page.

Question 7

We're a smaller park or only part of our pitches are online. Does this still fit?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We work with holiday parks and caravan sites of different sizes. If you take online bookings and pay OTA commission, the same direct-booking principles apply — we tailor setup to how you actually operate.

What does it cost compared to what I pay now?
